Independent Business Assessment
Travelers tend to trust total strangers’ comments (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews) before a friend for customer experience in today’s world. It is critically important that your business ensures that standards are being met to produce great reviews by your customers. This coupled with an internal staff assessment will assist you in keeping customers and your staff happy in today’s ever-changing market.
Travel Penticton has engaged a local company, QHA, First Impressions Last, to conduct Assessments of Accommodations, Restaurants, Wineries, Breweries, etc. in Penticton. QHA provides concise and actionable assessments with a specific purpose in mind; how is your product perceived and experienced by your staff, colleagues, managers & customers.
QHA assessments are performed, collected and retained in a comprehensive report measuring the important aspects for your property based on customized criteria for each client and the results are completely confidential to you. This in turn, will allow you to provide a memorable experience for your valued customers increasing your positive social media reviews like TripAdvisor, Google etc., ratings, and increasing revenues.
Due to the need for all businesses to focus on employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, QHA’s Emotional Quality Response (EQR) assessments are designed specifically to provide structured analytics employee sentiment. You can select up to 2 employees (if additional reviews are requested, it would be at the expense of the property) to provide feedback from an employee perspective, which will be given to the property owner or manager for internal review. These employee engagement reviews provide your business with invaluable information to enhance employee retention and attraction, and in turn, higher customer satisfaction. Learn more about the importance of employee retention here.
Travel Penticton is offering the QHA Assessment to our members for FREE (Regular cost is between $950-$2,050 per business). There is a limited number of spots available for these assessments, so contact us today to reserve your spot.
QHA Assessment Benefits:
• Find solutions to staff/colleague satisfaction, retention, engagement, and attraction;
